Whenever you have unknown material samples and wants to duplicate, we will pick up your material and make special offer for all customers.

Quality Assurance
The quality of our products is constantly monitored with the most modern testing and control equipment. Tests are performed according to A0L, DIN 267 or customer-Material Test Sheets. Certified in accordance
with lS0 9002 bv DNV.

Testing and acceptances
The following acceptance tests can be carried out by us on request:
DIN 50049 I 2.1 – 2.2 – 3.1 B – 3.1 A – 3.1 C. Other acceptances
via the organizations for classification TUV GL, DNV LRS, KWU etc.

Destructive and non-destruction testing 
US/surface crack tests; hardness tests according to HRC, HV HB, etc.
Spectral analysis, chemical analysis, tensile tests.

Nuts: from the hexagon nut to the bihexagonal nut,
from the round nut to the rectangular nut
Set screws: slotted or with hexagon socket
Parallel and Taper pins: acc. to lS0 or ASTM
from DIN 1 to DIN 7979

Washers: from DIN 125 to DIN 9021
